The scarcity of petrol and surge in diesel price , buoyed by the fallout of the Russian-ukraine crisis,thus have increased the costs incurred by many businesses.
The situation is so bad that most filling stations now sell petrol at three hundred and thirty Nairas per litre above the official price in Bayelsa state and general above pump price in many parts of the country.
